Together, We Made It Happen 💜

We met Matteo a few months ago — when both of our initiatives were struggling to collect enough signatures. He was fighting an uphill battle: people told him it couldn’t be done, that the goal was out of reach, and he faced constant rejection. But he never gave up. We had supported his ECI before, and in these final days, we knew we had to give it everything we had.

Once again, we showed the power of our community — setting out to gather as many signatures as possible before the deadline - May 17th. At the beginning of the week, the initiative had 200,000 signatures. By the end of Saturday, it had more than 1,245,000.

That’s the power of collective action. That’s the power of you.

We are stronger than hate when we stand together. And we’re not stopping here — the journey of both ECIs continues in Brussels.
